Daria Rybak is a Swiss lyric soprano known for her rich dark timbre and emotive portrayal of the lyric heroines, making her one of the most captivating talents of her generation.
Her diverse repertoire includes leading roles such as Violetta in La Traviata, Liù in Turandot, Rosalinde in Die Fledermaus, Musetta in La Bohème, and Micaëla in Carmen, as well as the soprano solo in Verdi’s Messa di Requiem.
In 2022, she made her Italian debut in a Verona Lirica concert and has since performed at prestigious venues and festivals worldwide, including the Teatro Real in Madrid, Arena di Verona, Vienna Konzerthaus, Moscow Conservatory (Grand Hall), Macerata Festival, Klassik am Dom in Linz, Heydar Aliyev Centre in Baku, and the Ravello Festival.
The young soprano has collaborated with prominent conductors and performed alongside some of the most celebrated artists in the field. Her recent career highlights include her debut as Liù under the baton of Michele Spotti, alongside Gregory Kunde (Calaf), as well as her debut as Micaëla under Leonardo Sini, performing with Freddie De Tommaso (Don José) and Aigul Akhmetshina (Carmen) at the Arena di Verona.
